OUR PROJECTS

Our projects are designed to empower leaders to go beyond convention—driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and creating sustainable impact. Anchored on the Lead Beyond pillar, each initiative equips individuals with the mindset, skills, and opportunities to lead with purpose, inspire change, and shape a better future for their communities and industries.

Ten Outstanding Guro Awards (Year 5)

Since 2021, we have trained more than 5,000 teachers nationwide in partnership with the Department of Education. Annually, we travel across the country to deliver advocacy workshops on Financial Literacy, Health Protection, and Teachers’ Empowerment. Every participant may then apply for the Ten Outstanding Guro Awards. Winners and their families travel to Manila at no cost and receive recognition. All these to give honor to those who form the future of the nation – our beloved teachers.

Ramon V. del Rosario Award for Nation Building

In honor of JCI Manila’s first President, Ambassador Ramon V. del Rosario, we have been awarding a Filipino nation builder since 2010. This project was collectively organized with PHINMA, JCI Manila, De La Salle University RVR College of Business, and AIM RVR Center.

JCI Manila Ryder Cup

Established in 2011, The Ryder Cup has been the premier Golf League of JCI Manila. Fostering brotherhood through competion where 2 teams enter and only 1 team wins but we all leave as brothers.

Color Run for Mental Health

A Fun run legacy projecy started in 2017 which aims to raise funds for a chosen beneficiary through a fun run event. It evolved to being a color run and now is the biggest project of JCI Manila having over 6,000 participants in 2024

Asian Pearl

Asian Pearl is the official publication of JCI Manila, serving as a digital-first editorial platform that documents leadership, civic engagement, business innovation, and community impact. It functions as both a news publication and a living archive, capturing the stories, projects, and thought leadership that define JCI Manila’s role in shaping young leaders and nation-builders.

Car Show

Cars for a Cause is a fundraising car show that brings together car enthusiasts, families, sponsors, and the local community to support meaningful social causes. The event will showcase a wide range of vehicles from classic to modern and modified builds while serving as a platform to raise funds for special beneficiaries and community based projects.

Hatawan

Hatawan with Cebu is a team-building and fellowship activity organized together with our sister chapters in Cebu. The project aims to strengthen inter-chapter relationships through fun, interactive, and meaningful activities that promote camaraderie, trust, and unity. More than just a recreational event, it is a celebration of shared values, friendship, and collaboration.

OFW Financial Literacy Program

The OFW Financial Literacy Program aims to teach Overseas Filipino Workers how to properly save and invest their earnings to provide for themselves and their families in the future. With the help of our Sister Chapters both National and International, the program aims to reach as many OFWs as possible.

Golden Heart

Golden Heart is a symposium helping the families of children with Cerebral Palsy through motivational talks and therapy training. The program aims to expand in 2026 by partnering with Sister Chapters to adopt children to support their therapy and give them happier, healthier lives.

Life Blood

This nationwide blood letting initiative unites JCI Chapters and the Philippine National Red Cross in a bold, life-saving movement to strengthen the country’s blood supply and respond to critical health needs. Through month on month blood donation drives across JCI members are called to take action and help save thousands of lives—one donation, one chapter, one nation at a time.
